After a couple months of greasing the gears, A-Tan Asian Bistro and Sushi Bar just held its grand opening. It was a great opportunity to get some photographs of the finished product (a few are provided here with credit to Tristan Rhodes), and celebrate what has turned out to be a unique dining experience in San Marcos. As construction tapered off, I've eaten there basically every week since its opened and I'll be the first but not the only to say that the food is delicious and well worth regular visits!
