In the last couple of months, we've been bringing some of the last available tenant spaces online at shell buildings Colorspace has worked on and today, an office suite at 407 S. Stagecoach is wrapping up for a move-in tomorrow by an engineering firm. Just down the hallway from the Colorspace offices, it has been a simple, quick but satisfying little project that once complete should allow the second floor to start to recover from what feels like ever-present construction wear-and-tear.

And in the next couple of weeks another tenant finish out is starting up downstairs, which leaves just one 1,000 sf space available in at 407 S. Stagecoach Trail. It has a walk-up window, so spread the word!
